Tank editor should be unlimited in sandbox mode & unlimited god mode

I’m a mobile player, and here’s what you should do: All limits should be removed in the editor in sandbox mode, allowing for completely unstoppable tanks or even bosses. You should also remove level limits when you’re in God mode, allowing for monstrous sized tanks with high levels.
