Sufficient if you already have portion knowledge
I found this app good for menu planning ideas
In order to maintain consistency of the caloric values you would need to already have a strong knowledge of that information and keep charts available to confirm this accuracy of it.
If it gave quantities of ingredients and preparation instructions it would have been a great app.
I found it only helpful for suggestions of meals but that was it. Will not continue purchasing this app there are others so much better for the price.

This is a great app 5 star. Improvements could be added if it had sections with different calorie amount without trying to swipe left and right to find it. Overall really REALLY good app unlike other ones.

Great application
I really enjoyed how the had free options and the are simple recipes to be able to whoop up in less then a hour the questions personalize you diet for ways to fit in with you life style.i would definitely recommend this app to a friend.
ios version sucks
It’s like AI generated. You can clearly tell. Things don’t make sense and the recipes are unclear? How do I make half of the keto recipes?
Glitchy
App doesn’t work very well. Very glitchy. Whenever I try to view past day 2 on my meal plan, the app closes.

It’s nice but most of the diet plans they make you pay a lot of money for
Buggy to the point of unusable.
On first attempt, going through the setup I don’t select lunch as I don’t want to include this on the shopping list (just not practical for me, 3 other meals are selected). After this it shows the diet plans available, but lunch is there and there’s no way to remove it. In trying to rectify this, I reset and go through the setup again. This time the area to select a diet plan is a blank page, nothing is there, it’s unusable. I try to “report a bug”, this doesn’t work. I try the “contact us” link, this doesn’t work. How this app is so well reviewed is a mystery.

I am not sure if this is an updated version of an app that I used a number of years back. But it has pretty much some of the same eating plans but much more. I will be picking one of the plans today and starting Thursday. The only thing I don’t see is what was called the Apple diet . I did very well on it when I needed to lose a quick 7 - 10 pounds. It was a 10 day plan, it was balanced you just ate alot of apples and fruit and wasn’t alot of groceries either. I am giving 5 stars because of the many different plans you have created for the different life styles.

Vegetarian meal plan has jello not cool
It’s hard to follow a vegetarian plan that tells you to eat animal based product.

Rubbish
I broke my own rule of never subscribing to an app without a free trial. This app is completely worthless. The meal plans are incomprehensible, have questionable nutritional value (my breakfast is “2 hotdogs”), meals often have no measurements (lunch of “tuna salad” doesn’t give me any macros or targets to aim for) and has no room for substitutions or adding your own meals in. Not one thing about this app is worth the subscription price.

Unable to open paid for app
I have used this app and loved it. I had paid for the premium version. I tried my app today and I am now unable to get in it. It doesn’t even pull up anymore when I click on it 🤷🏽♀️
Not happy
I have been using this for years (from time to time) & enjoying the variety of diets to choose from….This in my country is now in french (badly translated by the way) + of course paying a silly amount !!!
I have Hope
I turned 50 last June and I’ve gained about 40 pounds and can’t get it off. I hope I this works for me and my daughter. I’ll post an update later.
The app is awesome
