Bad experience
The food quality is extremely poor and not fresh at all. I have already raised three complaints before, yet nothing has improved and the same bad service continues. The management is very weak and unprofessional.
The meals are unacceptable, the chicken is often undercooked, and the food quality overall is honestly embarrassing. When I tried to cancel my subscription because of these ongoing issues, they refused and said they do not have a cancellation policy, which is unacceptable for a service like this.
I would never order from them again, and I do not recommend anyone to go through this experience.
جودة الأكل سيئة جداً والأكل غير طازج أبداً. سبق وقدمت ثلاث شكاوى من قبل، ومع ذلك لم يتحسن شيء وما زالت نفس الخدمة السيئة مستمرة. الإدارة ضعيفة وغير احترافية في التعامل.
الوجبات غير مقبولة إطلاقاً، والدجاج في كثير من الأحيان غير مستوي بشكل كامل، وبصراحة جودة الأكل مخيبة جداً. وعندما حاولت إلغاء الاشتراك بسبب هذه المشاكل المتكررة، رفضوا ذلك بحجة أنه لا توجد لديهم سياسة لإلغاء الاشتراك، وهذا أمر غير مقبول لخدمة بهذا الشكل.
لن أطلب منهم مرة أخرى أبداً، ولا أنصح أي شخص بتجربة هذه الخدمة

I’m giving one star due to ongoing delays from drivers and limited responsiveness. This issue has persisted for quite some time without a clear resolution. I hope the company takes this seriously and works on improving the service.

الاكل غير جيد
والبرنامج يحتاج تطوير ويتم تحضير الاكل قبلها بيوم ويجلبون الوجبة الصباح بدري الساعة 8 بصراحة يحتاج تجهيز في نفس اليوم حيث ان بعض الوجبات عير صالحة للاكل
Worst service ever
The customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. The experience is frustrating from start to finish with no care or proper support provided. I do not recommend downloading the app or dealing with them at all. A completely disappointing experience.

Misleading Nutrition Info and Poor Customer Support
It’s been two weeks since I subscribed to their meal plan, and I still can’t get over how misleading the whole experience has been. The app’s meal details — especially for protein content — are completely inaccurate compared to what I actually receive. And they know it.
For example, their Caesar salad is listed on the app as having 12g of protein and 8g of fat, but the one I received has only 3g of protein and 10g of fat. (So much for being “healthy.”) The same goes for their fish and shrimp meals — the portions are noticeably smaller, and the protein values are nowhere near what’s advertised.
Customer service was no help at all. They kept promising that a dietitian or manager would call to clarify things, but that never happened. Every time, just empty promises.
Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I do not recommend this service at all.

تجربة ليوم واحد سئيه لانصح بهم ٧ ساعات من اخر وقت متوقع للتسلم ولم تصلني الوجبات

خدمة العملاء سيئه ٣ ايام تأخر توصيل الوجبات ومافي تجاوب ورد بشكل سريع واحترافي- فيه يوم وصلت الوجبة بعد انتهاء وقت الدوام بساعة - عذرهم الضغط

ادارة غير متجاوبة وتوصيل متاخر، نافذة التوصيل انا حاطها من الساعة ٥ الصبح الى ٨ الصبح والمندوب يجيني الساعة 10 او 11 واليوم الاثنين ما جابوا لي وجباتي ، اول واخر مره اشترك معهم

They aren’t organized with delivery.. they don’t answer and the drivers too.. the food has too much mustard as almost every sauce.. don’t recommend

لا يلتزمون بوقت التوصيل
تأخير في توصيل الاكل. انا اخترت الفترة الصباحية من الساعة 5 الى 8 الصباح. يتم توصيل الاكل قريب الظهر وبعض الاحيان الساعة 1 الظهر. جودة الاكل مقبولة
