Second time disappointing
Unbelievable. I used this service before without issue. I ordered a month service for my son and me and they have screwed it up so bad food is wrong days are wrong and they refuse to admit it. Even though I have text messages showing confirmation. Will never use them again and will be reporting to the local authorities for the dishonesty and theft.

Can’t get in to the app
Would be great if the text code to get into the app didn’t take 10 minutes to be sent. Means I will have to use another company.
Great app. Food good but not great
The app for this is great. Easy to sign up, pay and select and rate your meals each day.
The food itself is good but the selection focuses heavily on meat and carbs with not many vegetables. The vegetables they do give are always the same always prepared the same way.
There’s also not always much choice if you need to avoid gluten, often two of the three (sometimes even all three) lunch and breakfast meals are gluten based.
Overall the food is tasty and I have been losing weight whilst following the plan.
