Awful

Issues reported to customer support several time’s but no response, issues with logging in and connecting to servers. I have cancelled my subscription and will use a different competitor. Don’t waste your money

Absolutely disgusted with this company, been with them for over 10 years and all of a sudden not able to access servers , contact helpline and might as well ask my dog what the problem is, no feedback whatsoever, going elsewhere

Cannot login. Digibit ignore all messages and tickets. Avoid.

SAVE YOUR MONEY

Been with Digibit for years now and never had any issues , until 2 days ago , can’t login in on any device keeps saying incorrect password email I’ve message their support and keep getting the same response “all answers can be found in the knowledge base part of the web portal. I’ve done everything it recommends reinstall change password all to no avail. And no help from the support page at all. Save your money and shop elsewhere I’ll be cancelling my subscription straight away
