This app was good… until every time I tried to recharge the app would force close on me. Causing me not able to call home .

Not working!!
Since Friday Jan 8 2021 I’m unable to use the App because the calls are not going through. I’m being thrown out of the app. Could someone pls tell me why this is occurring and what I need to do to rectify this problem?

This app is great it allows me to keep in contact with my friends and family back home. The rates are great per min and it’s generally affordable. I would definitely recommend this app.

Improvements Needed
The overall concept of the app and service works great. It’s easy to set up and to add funds to the account. My phone calls to Jamaica are great. The calls to Brazil are not very good as far as quality. The quality of the calls have to improve for me because I call Brazil far more than I call Jamaica.

Digicel international: Very affordable
This was a great way to call overseas for little or nothing, we were not aware of this service until we were told that whats App is a third party operator and AT&T is being charged. Price are consistent and efficient compared to other carriers. My first rodeo so I’ll monitor this and see where it will go or streamline from here

So I called Kingston Jamaica and quality was crystal clear. Wish I could recharge with calling card or prepaid Visa from airport kiosk though. Work on that Digicel and more customers will get on board. Good app!! Addendum: Need option to pay thru Itunes account.

Just BS
I create my account trying to call a Jamaican number it’s trying to call a different number. I check the call history it said call fail. I’m guessing I can’t use the $2 they provided.? I ain’t adding no money to it I want to use my free$2 first to make sure u legit. Just BS
This app is not working for me
24 hours after putting this app on my phone and adding money, I am still unable to make an international call. When I dial the number I get a fast busy signal which means that the call is not going through. Customer service they gave me an 800 number to access the service outside without the app. The access # works fine BUT the problem is the rate on their 800 number is twice the rate of the app, so instead of paying $.10 per minute on the app, I have to pay $.20 per minute. I was told by Customerservice that I should uninstall and reinstall the app, but that still did not fix the problem with the fast busy signals with all the numbers I call. I don’t see why I have to pay twice the amount when the app should at half the price. Why should I literally pay more due to for dysfunctional app?

I’ve been using this app for about eight months now and it pretty much does what it says! I called the UK on a regular basis and the call quality is always excellent! I would recommend this app in a second!
