Slow and incompatible
International is a misnomer as Digicel seems quite incompatible across countries. You’ll end up with lots of SIM cards and different languages and numbers and consequently high costs.

Buying the same top up plan 3 times by mistake
I accidentally purchased the same Digicel top-up plan three times because it showed the error “retry again.” When I asked for help, they said they couldn’t refund the money for the two plans that were purchased by mistake, but they would credit the phone account of the customer in Haiti. I think this is a forced purchase
