Help server can’t be found. Only certain documents can be used only if they have the chip. Basically worthless.

Scanning, documents for the Dutch government!!

It is just annoying to load or scan your documents!
It takes hours before it scan the document, many tries and also to take your picture!

Worst App Ever

The app just continues to bug out continuously when trying to complete an ID check, you have to try and catch the menu to allow you even select the type of ID you have??? After 1 attempt it doesn’t allow for anymore attempts. I doubt these are even bugs at this point, after reading reviews this just seems to be the app

TERRIBLE APP

The screen with the green face keeps Saying “No live movement detected” I have tried it over 50 times and it’s the same thing. App support keeps giving useless automated responses.

Forced to use otherwise wouldn’t

I would actually give 0 stars but unfortunately not an option. I normally don’t leave reviews but this app is so dysfunctional that if I had any other options in my circumstance, I would rather do that than battle to access basic functions of this app. Using this app is as useful and as comfortable as chewing cement.
