Worst App Ever
The app just continues to bug out continuously when trying to complete an ID check, you have to try and catch the menu to allow you even select the type of ID you have??? After 1 attempt it doesn’t allow for anymore attempts. I doubt these are even bugs at this point, after reading reviews this just seems to be the app

TERRIBLE APP
The screen with the green face keeps Saying “No live movement detected” I have tried it over 50 times and it’s the same thing. App support keeps giving useless automated responses.

Forced to use otherwise wouldn’t
I would actually give 0 stars but unfortunately not an option. I normally don’t leave reviews but this app is so dysfunctional that if I had any other options in my circumstance, I would rather do that than battle to access basic functions of this app. Using this app is as useful and as comfortable as chewing cement.

Not working with iPhone 13
I’ve happily done scanning of passport before for companies house id verification. This app besides being extremely fiddly to line up passport once you get to the move your head feature immediately times out. Did it on a friends android which on the third time of trying finally worked. However if I open the app on iPhone it requires the impassable preregistration. Can’t find even if it will give me the certificate I need to upload from a desktop computer for a Spanish gov application. Pretty icons. Useless functionality

Not very helpful if you live in another country. So to upload my passport hmm how do I know this app does not get hacked and my details will be used for other purposes?

JUNK SOFTWARE
Can’t read ‘chip’, my PP chip works!!!I am a U.S. Government Federal Officer that handles hundreds of PP’s daily from around the world. Verifying ‘CHIP’ reading!!! The electronic ping is not being detected from my PP with their software. At least 24 attempts. I have the latest security iOS version update for Apple phones. Now to keep bank happy in Europe, have to ‘snail mail’ documents from U.S. by May 29. Again the software is terrible.

I used this app to help me produce proof of life for my native country to receive pension payments in the US. The alternative is a tedious procedure, so I was happy that I found this app allowing me to do it from home.
However, the app will not scan the passport chip, no matter how I position the phone over my passport. Instructions for this particular scan are not helpful. Apparently software developers have not tested this application thoroughly.

An unnecessary process made impossible.
I literally have never rated an app before but my experience with this app was so poor I had to. I was forced to use this app to verify my identity (?) for my organisation. The app refused to acknowledge my selfie movements despite attempting 100 times and then locked me out. Repeated numerous times including on my friends’ phone. Eventually when this worked the app wouldn’t scan the chip on my passport. Lastly, after finally verifying my ID it failed at the final hurdle at enabling to connect to my organisation with this.
