This is the worst platform for selling and purchase of digital gold and silver. They charge huge commission while selling your community. For example, sometimes they may charge up to 12% of commission while selling your commodity. I sold my digital silver on 23rd December, but I received my money after 10 days. They take 7 to 12 days to Return your money after selling your commodity. Their customer support is worst. Best platform for digital gold is Safegold and best platform digital gold and silver both is Phonepe.

Very very Poor Support team
I have made a purchase of silver and sold it again and I haven’t received the payment for my transaction yet and the support team wasn’t even responding to any of mails, messages and calls. I didn’t expect this from them and it looks like the money you invest in this app will be gone and you would get cheated for the money and you will never get your money back. Do not ever trust this app and invest in this app. It’s a fraud app. I am looking to take action on this issue.

Selling sliver 26 November DiGi gold app amount not received my account, display message 7 days take time to send amount to my account but not received my money. I am continuously call and email but customer care not attending my call, I also send Mail.
Poor response from customer care
Very difficult to reach customer care. My account became inactive with about 2 lakhs of investment inside. And i am not able to reach customer care via email and phone. Not expected from a reputed group like this.
Will have to book for fraud
I bought lakhs of gold and silver but while selling it’s showing my account is not active and contact administrator. While buying there was never an issue but after months I decided to sell and it instantly got inactive. What about all the investments I made? I need to contact the Gujarat police department I know your owner and will have to publish this issue in major media channels as well.

Fraud app and people
This app was installed and purchased the silver but while selling the silver the price variation was enormous and sold it in loss. After selling this purchased silver it is still not credited to my account yet. Please be away with this people. Anyways going to file a complaint against this fake application and setup. Poor service not even responding via phone or emails.

I have purchased gold coin and also silver bar and ordered it for delivery it’s been a month and there is no delivery happened and I has sent 20 emails for extra money deducted no response and no one picks the call for the number given . This is no 1 way to do the fraud. Not sure how many people have lost money like this

Huge Price difference in buying and selling
I have seen huge price difference in gold and silver for buying and selling, when market price decreases they immediately update buying price but they take more time to update their selling price.

Fraud
Don’t buy after you buy you can’t sell when you need. Also so much price difference between buy and sell. If market price of silver is 180 you can sell it only around 150 only. Pure fraud.
Never go for it
It’s such a waste.I invested my money. It is always showing more money compared to other platforms and the selling cost is way less than the current value. I request everyone not to go for it
Kyc not verified
I have tried lot of times to complete my adhar kyc, its not verifying. I have tried multiple times to call to support number no response also dropped mail no response. Is this fake app ? I have invested 30+k cant sell die to this issue, fix ASAP
Very Poor Support Experience
I have submitted my KYC documents multiple times through email, but there has been no update or response from the DigiGold team. Neither the KYC gets updated in the app, nor does anyone reply to emails. Even phone calls don’t get a proper response.
Also, my SIP stops automatically without any notification or reason. Very disappointing experience — DigiGold should seriously improve their customer support, KYC process, and SIP reliability.

Rates clarification

I bought silver per gram 148, and when I bought I checked the sell rate of the silver it was 137 per gram, I can understand the difference
But today the silver buy rate is 161 per gram but still sell rate is showing as 137 only , buy rate got increased by 13 rupees but how come sell rate will be the same 137 rates

Not updating sell price
It’s 48 hrs and Still You guys are not updating selling price on real time basis, just updating purchase price every second but not selling price , Why? I have updated my review thrice but you guys are not doing anything to resolve this issue , making money for your self but not giving chance to other to sell

Please add all City options for Delhi address. I had to choose incorrect city from drop down as the ones displayed are not where I live. This may lead to delivery issue.
