Visual Search?
There is no Visual Search feature. It’s the first item listed in the app description and nowhere to be found in the app. I’ve email app support > 5 times and received no response in over a month. Their customer support number has no idea what I’m talking about. Maybe they have someone who will read this but otherwise I don’t have high expectations for ever figuring out where to find it if it actually exists.

Not possible to change currency
After login, currency cannot be changed. The option in the settings screen does nothing. If not logged in, it works. And to be honest: „Germany / USD“ makes only little sense - we pay in EUR.
Payment Gatway needs improvement
No use of UPI is sad.
Your Best Source as a Small Operation
Digikey provides the only professional source for moderate scale operations.
Others provide limited access to the World’s enormous variety of components but even then only at greater expense.
Digikey’s deep inventory, immediate shipment and highly trained professional staff are available to moderate operations. I don’t know what more I could ask for.

Completely Unusable
Constantly running into error messages when attempting to do anything, forcing me to use the website instead.
Once great. Now junk.
It’s June 2026. This app has been completely dead for 6 weeks. No one knows anything. Digikey denies the problem.

Currency
For some reason I can’t change currency to CAD in the app. They literally charge more shipping when in USD. So I have to order on website as a guest to get cheaper shipping. Hope they fix this soon.
Unusable. Riddled with error messages.
I’m forced to use the website because my carts never checkout correctly. I also get an error message just opening the app.
Can’t login to the app
I can’t login to the app despite I’m easily getting logged on the website. Tried many times, reinstalled the app. No luck.
Keep more parts stocked in your warehouse
Minimum factory lead time I’m seeing is 10 weeks. That’s a long time to wait for something needed now. I see why Amazon Walmart and eBay are blowing up with Cap sales and stock. I expect a little more from such a widely known name company. Just get a deal together and shorten the lead times for everyone.

Cannot search in Japanese
When you enter Japanese text (e.g., “マグネット”) in the search box, an error occurs, and every time you input additional Japanese characters, an error message appears, rendering it unusable. This app requires English input.

これまで使ったどの通販アプリよりも劣悪
まず、ユーザー登録してから利用開始までラグがありすぎる。
暫く経ってアプリを利用しようとしたら、ユーザー設定がほとんどできない。
いったんアプリを削除して再インストールしたら使えるようになったが、使い勝手は非常に悪い。
楽天やAmazonを使ってたら発狂するレベルです。

Selection Filters do not work
Selection filters work once, but if you change settings or turn a filter off the selection become unavailable
They seemed to work when I first installed the app, but they are really squirrely. Reinstalling the app did not help.
You also cannot do a sort values. You can only sort by price, quantity, and part number.

Lastly, digikey selection seems to contain a lot of parts that are not stocked or obsolete. How about making the default settings skip obsolete or non stocked parts? It would greatly reduce the noise.
Looking at these ratings makes it hard to believe that i am using the same app.

many things about this app are fine. but I recently added several things to my cart, then logged in for checkout, and it cleared the cart without warning. pretty annoying.

Apple Payment doesn’t work
Tried via website and app and the Apple payment didn’t work. Hopefully they haven’t saved my details, will contact bank just in case.
