Absolutely love this app. The colours, grain and halation effects are excellent. It has a nice, clean and easy-to-use interface and produces excellent results. Well done to the developer.
error with saving video
Whenever I record video, the framerate drops to 12 or idk if the app just gets slow. Plus it wont even save the video most of the times

Great Start
Needs some UI refinements but they’re minor. Great photo and Video quality out the box.

The app is simple, works smoothly and makes great, aesthetically pleasing photos! Sometimes you want a photo to have a little more character than the default app without looking overly processed. This app takes photos how I’d like the moment to be remembered.

A hidden gem
Discovered this app on YouTube through David Bross’ channel. It’s amazing! Although I experienced behavior at times which made me feel that maybe pictures I was taking were being saved somewhere on the app server without my knowledge 🤨 maybe just a visual bug. Aside from this I love it! 10/10
99% Perfect
This application offers remarkable features that enhance the visual quality of any phone. However, one area for improvement is the inability to play music while taking photos. Additionally, it would be beneficial if horizontal photos were automatically rotated. Furthermore, when switching between zoom levels rapidly, the wide-angle (0.5x) zoom is sometimes zoomed in, resulting in a 2x magnification of an unrelated object. This behaviour is unclear whether it is a glitch or a feature of the system. Lastly, there are instances where videos lack sound.

My favorite app in a while
I am really enjoying this app, the simplicity and intention behind it. I look forward to future updates (24fps, landscape mode, etc.) — if I may ask, adding a “hard” stop at 6500k WB would be nice for us who live in gloomy climates. Thank you for doing this for the community!

This is fantastic emulation and best it’s just free, no stupid subscription. Needs a little work, like remembering settings, orientation awareness, 24p, lens switcher could be better. Even with being an early release it’s better than 99% of similar apps.

No Sound
Colours look great but it doesn’t record sound. Such a shame as I like the look.

Love this app so far, truly appreciate Bross’ attention to detail and authentic representation of the film stocks given my old iPhone model! One thing I notice is that the video option does not seem to record audio (perhaps my own device’s hardware shortcomings?).

-ability to lock/unlock settings individually (ISO,shutter,WB) to achieve shutter priority/iso priority for example.

A good start
I will echo others' sentiments here : the app is promising, however there are still many missing features for it to be a serious professional tool. For instance the app doesn't give me access to my longer 100mm equivalent lens on iphone 17pro. Keep up the good work though !
I want to like it more than I do
The promise of the app is good. But there’s a lot that doesn’t work. It doesn’t support all the lenses on my phone. Nor 4K recording. It doesn’t support 24fps filming.
Just feels like half an idea. Looking forward to an update to get the rest of the features going. Until then black magic or Final Cut camera are better choices.
