Don’t use this app
Full of bugs. Worse banking app designed by some unprofessionals. Also, they have no customer services. The number given in the app 021-38650003 is out of service from last 30 days. I called Silk Bank they gave me the same number. When I told them this number doesn’t work they said thats all they have I should search google to see if there is any other number available. 🖐

Full of bugs
This app does not work well at all. After installing app, and waiting for verification, I keep on getting a “verification failed” message, and cannot proceed beyond that. Keeps on asking me to take a new profile pic, but won’t update it, and won’t let me change any other details.
Customer care number just hangs up after saying “wait for operator”, and people at the bank branch say they cannot help.
Total failure of an app.
