User reviews

Amazing app, allowing reluctant readers to shine

Wow! Incredible app, which can be used by parents and teachers to model, encourage and develop the key skills involved in reading for meaning- skimming, scanning and keywords- whilst engaging them in a fun, tech based journey through game levels and creating independent, confident readers. Particularly effective in rapidly improving the reading skills of reluctant or struggling readers in the 8-12 age range or for rapid fire practice of SAT based retrieval questions.
Encouraging, incredibly motivating and yet educational, the impact in the classroom is clear. Children with new found confidence in their reading , grasp at opportunities to read more in depth texts ( because they can) and read more widely and freely ( because they want to) .
The feedback to children via the app is positive, enabling repeated chances at similar tasks in order to consolidate a particular skill .
Nothing else like this on the market - a big thank you to Curious Quo and Digismart for their ample research and development - based on listening to children, parents and teachers, in developing this amazing app.
A total must have!
