Very Big Fault in the app
I haven’t registered Digital Equb before but it kept saying my phone number already existed and when I tried to reset the pin it wouldn’t send me the verification code!!!

Review of Digital Equb
Digital Equb is a modern app that has the potential to revolutionize the way Equb is practiced in Ethiopia, if it continues to be managed in the right way. The app let’s you join equb of your choice and capacity. It lets you easily deposit your contribution with mobile banking and payment apps and avoids the hustle of collecting money. One can also follow the lottery draw live, where he/she can instantly know whose turn is to get paid.
My feedback for Digital Equb is:
1. Broaden the service scope. For example, launch a program where equb purchase is allowed, equb’s that last shorter and longer, etc
2. Fix payment integration issues with CBE, Telebirr and integrate additional payment options
Otherwise, I highly recommend using digital equb app as it enhances the saving culture of it’s members and provides a modern platform to that.

Great User Experience
I was able to interact with this app with no problems. It is very user friendly and gives the users the ability to switch between languages of their choice. I am really interested in knowing more bout the business process and also globalizing the application to accept other methods of payment (visa/MC).
