Why does this app takes a picture
Why does this app takes a picture when before opening e-commerce products? The reason I know is that when I am facing the phone screen I see a flash and the phone screen is away from my face it does e- commerce does not open at all

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a payments app so many field payments literally takes days to get a refund when it’s their problem to begin with customer support takes hours to respond too many field transactions and they take the money either way
Not reliable
This app has been down for over 4 days straight. No explanation. How can a major banking app have a downtime like this? It's almost like they don't even care of the app is working or not. There's no point in making an app if you're not going to maintain it properly. Incredible incompetence honestly very shameful.

One of the worst banking systems I’ve ever come across
If I could I would never have anything to do with this bank, but , unfortunately, the company I work for uses it for salary payments. I’m sure their physical branch locations work just fine but the world is moving into the era of contactless and cashless transactions, and that’s where this bank falls far behind! This is ironic as their moto is one ‘one step ahead’; maybe this was true about a decade ago but not anymore. Their banking system, neither the super app, the old app, nor the website, never seems to work when you need it to. I’ve gotten into some ridiculous situations where I trusted their banking system to work as it should, and committed myself into making purchases only to look like a fool as non of the transactions would go through (sometimes the app wouldn’t even let you log in). I have now reached the point where I try to only have the bare minimum amount of money in my dashen account and move the rest to other banks with more trusted banking systems that I know won’t let me down at the crucial moment.

Rubbish app
It does not work in majority of times. Non-functional app. I don’t really know why the bank officials wouldn’t regulate functionality of the app. It needs a huge overhaul.
