It actually the most frustrating app ever to have
The bank office is the worest they have a lot of customers and no customer service no professionalism and when it comes to the app it won’t work more than 1 month straight and I will have to go the bank to fix it and like I told u where u trying to go there is no work ethics so how will u want go there I hate it

It shows little like 10 transactions fix it
It is not working
The updated app is not working properly required PIN but their is no keyboard to enter PIN
App doesn’t work
App doesn’t have PIN option. It is not finished . I can’t sign in and transfer money. App is not finished. Please repair as soon as possible😭
Incompetent and lack of tech management
You should test the application before releasing the updates, with more than 30M customers such errors are not acceptable.
Only focusing on collecting charges cannot make you stay in the business, try introducing some technologies that even simple fintech companies are using years back. In the age of AI and smart banking, CBE cannot even help the customers use simple banking transactions in a critical time.
