About the linked bank account feature not working

Whenever the CBE mobile banking app fails, this app used to be a great alternative because you can still have an access to your linked bank account. But the linked bank account feature that allows you to pull money from your CBE account has not been working for quite some time and you guys have not been able to get it working. Please try to fix this issue as soon as you can.

It does not work for me

When I attempt to use my linked account and try the “Pull Money” or “Send Money” feature, it just displays “Loading, please wait…” and nothing happens.

For your information, I am using an iPhone running iOS version 18.5.

Please address these issues.

The app was recently updated, but it stopped working for me and keeps giving me a 'failed request' error message. I am using an iPhone running iOS version 18.5. Please fix the app as soon as possible.

Biometrics

Biometrics don’t work, it doesn’t support face id if u turn on the biometrics by mistake u have to uninstall and install the App again to use the App again.
