About the linked bank account feature not working
Whenever the CBE mobile banking app fails, this app used to be a great alternative because you can still have an access to your linked bank account. But the linked bank account feature that allows you to pull money from your CBE account has not been working for quite some time and you guys have not been able to get it working. Please try to fix this issue as soon as you can.

It does not work for me
When I attempt to use my linked account and try the “Pull Money” or “Send Money” feature, it just displays “Loading, please wait…” and nothing happens.
For your information, I am using an iPhone running iOS version 18.5.

It does not work for me
The app was recently updated, but it stopped working for me and keeps giving me a 'failed request' error message. I am using an iPhone running iOS version 18.5. Please fix the app as soon as possible.
Biometrics
Biometrics don’t work, it doesn’t support face id if u turn on the biometrics by mistake u have to uninstall and install the App again to use the App again.

It is a big step up since it can be connected with CBE , but it keep crashing !

Crashes on Face ID request
The app was functioning well until I activated Face ID. Now, when I try to log in, I'm only given the option to use Face ID, and there's no way to enter my PIN. Every time I press the Face ID button to sign in, the app crashes. It looks like I need to reset the app completely. 🤦♂️

It’s good but after I updated app why can’t open on my iPhone It switched itself when I open it

Not the most secure app in the first place, finding it still logged in after I closed it & now from bad to worse after the update!! Won’t open crashing after 2 seconds, deleted the app & reinstalled & still no change. “Fix it” might be too much for you so I’ll ask to please bring it back to the previous crappy state

I have been using this App for quite some time and now because I changed my phone, like the other person who commented, it doesn’t work. Unlike the other person, I went to the bank in person and one of your staff tried a lot to assist me, called someone else for help but she couldn’t fix the problem.

Terrible app
Can’t get it to work no matter how many times I call 951! They simply don’t know how to fix an issue. Just because I changed a phone!! Terrible app and support!!!
