أسوء تجربة تمر بها هي امتى تكون تمتلك فيزا للسفر وانت مسافر وحاط فيها فلوسك وتطلب تعين كلمة السر من التطبيق وتقعد تستنى اكثر من شهر ونص وحتى اللحظة ماوصلتش ، للاسف خدمة العملاء لا تستجيب من التطبيق ولا ترد عليك وتحاول تتصل بالرقم يقولك لايوجد عملاء للرد … كنت فاتح حساب وفرحان لكني فقدت الثقة في خدمة العملاء والتطبيق والتعامل مع الزبائن
