App is unstable and Western Union transfers keep failing
I have been using the NAB Mobile app for basic banking and the experience has been consistently poor.
The app is slow almost every time I log in. Loading balances takes too long and sometimes the session just freezes or times out. Moving between screens is not smooth and it feels unreliable.
Money transfers are a major issue. Internal and external transfers do not always go through on the first attempt. Sometimes the app hangs during the process and I have to restart it to check whether the transaction was completed or not. That creates unnecessary stress when dealing with real money.
Western Union transfers are even worse. The process often fails halfway, confirmation screens do not load properly, and transaction references can be delayed or missing. In some cases the amount appears deducted before I receive proper confirmation inside the app. That is not acceptable for a banking application.
Customer support has not been helpful in resolving these recurring problems.
For a banking app, reliability should be the baseline. Right now this app does not meet that standard.

مصرف قريبا ان يكون فاشلا
فاشل ع اساس انتظر رسالة القبول فتح الحساب اونلاين 3ايام ولم يتم الرد علي طلبي هاذا يعني لو في حساب مبلغ مانتامنش عليه ونشتغل عن طريق البرنامج في حالة ان المنظومة قديمة ومستندات مطلوبة رجعية 10دقايق فقط مصرف الامان
