I’ve been really impressed with the Digital Planner team. Whenever I’ve contacted support about an issue, they’ve responded quickly and actually fixed the problems I reported. It’s great to see a team that genuinely listens to its users and keeps improving the app. Thank you!
Everything I need without the clutter
I’ve been really enjoying this planner. It’s simple, well organized, and has everything I need without feeling cluttered. One thing I’d really love to see is a dark mode. I often plan my next day in the evening, and the bright screen can be a bit much at night. A dark theme would make the app much more comfortable to use in low light. Hope this gets added in a future update!

Totally enjoyed using this app till the most recent update (where I couldn’t erase what I’ve written wrongly). Please fix it. I’d love the rest of the functionality

A planner I genuinely enjoy using
Really enjoying this planner, simple, clean and lovely to use for handwritten notes. Would be great to see more pen styles added in future, with a few different writing and drawing options. That would make it even better!
App won't sync between devices, can't reach support
I tried going to the support website but the site appears to be down and I can't find an email address. I've been using this app for a while with no issues but now my iPad and iPhone won't sync between devices. Some of my notes/drawings will, but it's sporadic and unpredictable. I'd just like to contact support to see if there is a way to fix it but can't reach them. Hoping to hear back here and will change my review if we can fix this thanks!

Bad customer service
Still have issues with sync already did everything such as make sure my iCloud has space re start my devices even deleting app and contacted customer service but haven’t hear back
It’s has potential but
It has potential but the app needs more work. It needs a dark mode, you should be able to change the background to black or gray, it’s easier on the eyes.
The spellcheck should be able to work with apple spellcheck.
I do like the app and is of now will continue to use it. But I hope they do some updates,upgrades sooner then later. Again I think it has a lot of potential.

Really want to like this calendar, but…
There’s little things, like why can’t i edit a calendar event? I still find myself going back to the generic calendar app to do some operations that this one cannot do. And that is very frustrating.

I’m not liking that it is not very user friendly.

Simple setup and works really well for me
Really solid planner app. Clean setup, easy to use, no overcomplicated stuff which is nice tbh. One thing that would make it way better is stronger copy/paste support from other apps or websites into the planner and notes. Like dragging pics straight in, moving stickers, copying text, links, lists, screenshots, all that kinda stuff. Sometimes I find something online and wanna drop it right into my plans fast.

Proper useful app for everyday planning
Proper lovely planner app, really easy to use and spot on for organising daily life. The layout is clean, simple, and there’s no unnecessary faff, which I really appreciate.
One thing that would make it even better is built-in grammar and style checking. Sometimes I quickly write notes or messages and only notice spelling mistakes later. It would be brilliant if the app could automatically correct small errors, suggest better wording, and improve sentence flow while keeping my original meaning. Even a simple option to review text before saving would be smashing.

Horrible lost all my data within one week after it took me days to enter

This has everything I need AND they're accessible, I love the tabs for notes, calendar, etc that are so easy to find. I don't need to flip through page after page to find a section. The google calendar integration means I can see what's going on at work, so this app is now my all in one for work and life. It makes the work/life balance a snap. I can't wait to see if you come up with a few more pen and pencil styles (I love a pencil when taking notes). I was searching for a planner/journal that gave me options but not so many that I went down the template rabbit hole. NAILED IT.

Payment issues
Love the app. However, I was charged $50, when it clearly says $29.99. Then I cancelled the subscription so I wouldn’t be charged next year. That gives me a year to decide if I like the app still. And now it’s telling me to restore my payment. There’s no way y’all are ripping people off. This has to be a glitch. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt. But seriously, fix my stuff please.

The App is good but not usable across devices
Plus their support is absolutely terrible. I have emailed them three times now with zero response. Emailed directly and through their website. They cancelled my account before my year had expired - DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS BOGUS APP. I’m out $30 right now.
I am running this on my iPad which works well. I tried to access it on my phone to check what I needed to do that day and was prompted to pay again for that copy. This is NOT cross platform compatible - if that is important to you, then I would use a different one.
There is a 7 day trial and I thought that they would respond to my question before that ended but they did not so I was charged. But it fits my needs right now on my iPad . I just do not plan on renewing after the year is up. There are better option!

Routine Planning User
This is one of the best digital planners for iPad I’ve used. Simple, clean, and perfect for handwriting planning with the Apple Pencils. Once feature i’d love to see added is shape recognition: if you draw a line or circle and hold the pencil for a couple of seconds, it automatically becomes perfectly straight or smooth. That would make notes and layouts look even better.
