Horrible App
This app does not work well at all. It never calls out on the first try, the calls answered drop or never fully go out, and if you have more than one extension it picks and chooses which calls can go through. This only seems to work if you actually use the landline or desk top devices not mobile friendly at all 0/10 if I could leave a star less than 1 I would. Incredibly frustrating for professional reasons.

Ok but not great
This app needs to be updated badly. It will not open iPhone pictures or contact files. Messages sent as a group text do not show up that way but as a single person thread only, so we get random replies that do not make sense, and never sure if a later message sent is going through to everyone or just the single person. The app shows notifications for new messages when there are none. It would also be nice to be able to turn on an auto responder for messages sent when we are closed. This is much much better than the online portal, but needs a ton of work.

Simple, great source of communication, easy company to work with!
Whether you’re a small or large business, Digivoice should be the first source of communication. These guys know exactly what they’re doing! If there is a problem, they respond and fix the problem quickly. My wife discovered these guys years ago with her business, and they have not disappointed. They offer analytics, customize, calling and voicemail and many many more options.
