I can’t beat enough about Fieldwork. After using 3-4 other platforms, being charged a life savings and then find yourself alone with no help, FieldWork has been a game changer. Super affordable, like anything else, it has its flaws, but there a very few and far in between. Support is top tier and always so willing to help with a great attitude. Glitching ALL the time
Every two seconds, I get a message that pops up at the top of my screen in red that says, “Sorry, the entity you are trying to fetch/modify was not found.”
No matter if I close and re-open app or turn off my phone and back on, this message does not go away. It comes on every screen no matter which page I’m on in app and no longer allows me to fetch the weather feature in appointment.
This app was just updated last week and now I can’t go back and edit notes, nor can I view past appointment history once I’ve completed the job. As a technician in the field this is very frustrating. I hope the customers are actually getting their completed appointment emails when I’m closing appointments. Please update app again to get the bugs out.

Bring back the map feature to this app. It was definitely the best feature in it for not only me but others who wanted to to time management efficiently.
