Glitching ALL the time
Every two seconds, I get a message that pops up at the top of my screen in red that says, “Sorry, the entity you are trying to fetch/modify was not found.”
No matter if I close and re-open app or turn off my phone and back on, this message does not go away. It comes on every screen no matter which page I’m on in app and no longer allows me to fetch the weather feature in appointment.
This app was just updated last week and now I can’t go back and edit notes, nor can I view past appointment history once I’ve completed the job. As a technician in the field this is very frustrating. I hope the customers are actually getting their completed appointment emails when I’m closing appointments. Please update app again to get the bugs out.

Maps
Bring back the map feature to this app. It was definitely the best feature in it for not only me but others who wanted to to time management efficiently.
Decent app but needs work
The app itself is pretty efficient and straightforward although when the technician route is displayed on the map portion, a lot of the jobs will disappear as they are close together, there has to be a better way to display the jobs so we can see them all
Accounting glitches
We have been using this app for more than 5 years and approximately one year ago we started to experience glitches. For example, we would create a weekly service for one of the customers and the software will run this service indefinitely week after week on a repeat, few months later the sales tax will somehow double or triple on its own without human intervention. We asked developers to fix this problem but it is still happening and our customers complaining to us that we overcharge sales tax. Another glitch started approximately 2-3 months ago and we just noticed this yesterday. Somehow the payments that has been applied in 2022-2023 no longer there and all invoices are showing unpaid status. All the money now allocated by the software to a credit status and all new jobs that completed today are being paid by this newly created credit. It is screwing our accounting and we don’t know the extent of this problem. It will take us many days to go over each customer and check the accuracy.

Don’t pick Jobber, Workwave(PestPac), GorillaDesk, Servicepro(ServSuite), Field Routes, Briostack, Housecall Pro, and many more. Try the 14 day trial and really spend the time, once you got the hang of it your golden. This software is lightweight and organized. We are using the Pro Plan $99 per month and is a godsend of business operations. Fully detailed to the bone and the client portal is the best of any client portal out there. Reporting is easy. Mobile apps are great. You can upload zip files of previous software data(Unlimited) on AWS servers. Staff at fieldwork respond during normal business hours through chat or phone and are super friendly. I wish I choose them before trying all the other softwares but I now been with Fieldwork for 8-9 months and loving it. Don’t give up on the admin settings the staff can help you. Hope this can help!!!
