Amazing Service!

I landed and got an immediate text notification that my driver arrived. I had my drivers information and was able to see his location using the app! Very satisfied with Dime and plan on booking more rides in the future!

Lost Gps

Booked a car driver Gps location was lost few times
Driver showed up 4 minutes late . Turned out nice ride I ordered black car & got upgraded to SUV
Rate was much cheaper than other apps.

Wrong Eta

Booked black car with 8 minutes eta , after 3 minutes eta was 13 minutes, driver said he didn't get lost , however it was easy transaction, great rates for long distance.
