Waste of time.
Way too much personal information . Then when I opted out of text messages and emails it lockup unless I agreed to endless spamming. Also the list is very small.
Not scanning QR code to claim points
Just got this app and I tried to scan the QR code on my receipt to claim the points. It does nothing. Totally disappointed.

Easy to use app for a great collection of restaurants.
App basically never works
I guess it’s nice saving $10 every half dozen visits or so, especially for people who dine at Cohn restaurants often, but this app is ridiculously buggy. The server will try to scan your code, and it won’t work. They’ll try to look up your account by name, and it won’t be found. They’ll ask you to tap the button to get a check in code and literally nothing will happen. Before long you’ll have 3-4 employees standing around trying to figure out what’s going on. Whoever they contracted to write this really needs to spend at least a tiny bit of time on QA.

Worth it for frequent diners
As a regular with CRG, I love being able to earn points and redeem rewards for dining at restaurants I already visit. There’s so much you can do all in one place with the app.
