App has been bricked
The app no longer functions as you cannot select country. It stays on the set country screen, you select country and says that it failed and to check network. Everything possible tried to no avail. Just forget about this app and return your doorbell for refund.
Rubbish
This is absolutely rubbish. When the doorbell rings it won't stop it's as if someone has their finger on the button. When finally get the picture up on the phone they're walking away or gone. When I'm out they either can't hear me or there's nothing. I got this as I'm disabled and want to see who it is before I go to the door. I've noticed now no one uses the bell now as its rubbish and they can't get me. So please make this work as it's a great idea.

Trying to connect to iPhone but constantly fails. Come on here to try updating the app but software two years old. Product I assume is obsolete.

It is very difficult also not clear on how to share as you down load the app on a different device and the it keeps tell you you have incorrect user name and password. No quick link to the scan. Extremely frustrating to set up. Mark0711

Recently the door bell is not connecting to my iPhone. It just rings and does not initiate a call to my cell phone. Please fix the issue.

Can’t get passed selecting the country. Had it operating while I was in the house with my iPhone, but not away from home. Soon after it was having network problems. Did a reinstall and now it doesn’t work at all!

Needs Work
When people ring the door bell, they press the door bell once but the ringtone repeats continuously. Very annoying and confusing to everyone involved. There absolutely needs to be a way to avoid this. Also a bit odd that it says some stuff in Chinese at the end even though I’ve set it to be in English. Lastly i don’t seem to get notified on the phone anymore meaning the continuous ringtone repetitions is extra annoying! Please work on this
