App is trash

SMS sent from dingtone number are undelivered both domesticallu and internationally. No response from customer service after submitting report online. Error/warning message pops up when trying to report the issue in-app and prevents submission.

Doesn't work

I signed up for this paid the price for the subscription, got a phone number, sent test text message to myself and it didn't go through. I checked my credits and it looks like I was charged for it. I reported it to help and support but I haven't heard anything back yet. So, as far as I know, it looks like I'm paying $14.99 a year for nothing. This app is worthless. It doesn't work if I don't hear back from them in 24 hours, I'm just going to ask for a refund completely worthless...
