Worst App I've Ever Used
The app is absolutely terrible and the map has almost no functionality if you need to zoom in or scroll. Combined with the diminishing value of the deals provided, along with the partnerships, we will not be renewing.
Terrible User Experience
Super poor user experience almost every time. The app either logs you out and you have to reset your password or you don’t get the password reset email and there’s no way to get back into your account. The convenience of the app vs the book doesn’t outweigh the fact you can’t actually use it.
Great Concept, Horrible Execution
I’ve used the paper passbooks in the past and love that they’re trying to modernize it, but the app really is just horrible. Aside from being logged out every time I want to use it, there’s so many locations that are mapped incorrectly. I’ve messaged support to let them know (and in theory correct them) but that hasn’t happened.

Don’t buy the app
Don’t waste your money on the app, stick with the actual paper book. Bad customer service, can’t get password so unusable.
Terrible
4 years and you can’t even fix the app to make it somewhat usable? The users can’t even log in without the app glitching. Will never buy the passbook or recommend this app to anyone.
