Thank you for the candid feedback — we hear you. Improving map performance has been a top priority. We’ve rebuilt the entire maps experience from the ground up, and a major update rolling out this week will deliver significantly faster speed, responsiveness, and reliability across 10,000+ venues nationwide. It’s also worth noting: DinkSmart is built differently. While most apps focus on listing courts, we focus on building the player network behind the game. With DinkSmart, players can: • Browse the full player community with rich profiles • Get matched with compatible players nearby • Join any group conversation thread (free for all players) • Organize matches with transparent, all-in-one match invites — including non-members We believe pickleball shouldn’t be fragmented across tools — it should live in one place where players can actually connect and play. Thanks again for the feedback — we hope you’ll give the new version a shot.

Thank you for the detailed feedback — this is exactly the kind of input that helps us improve the app. A couple quick updates based on your notes: • Availability Grid: You’re not alone — we’ve heard similar feedback. With recent improvements to Match Invites (you can now invite players, allowing them to RSVP regardless of availability), we’re actually phasing this feature out to simplify the experience and reduce friction. • Account Deletion: You’re right to flag this. We identified an issue affecting some SSO-based accounts that could return an error during deletion. This has been fixed and will be resolved in the next update. We appreciate you taking the time to call these out. If you’re open to it, we’d value another look once the update is live. You can always reach us at team@dinksmart.co.
Non-Working App
Home Tab : shows a few groups which user have no clue where they are located in the country.
Shoes games near you but nearest game is 14 hr drive to Chicago (I am in NY).
Court Tab : to see the courts in your area you have to keep zooming in multiple times and clicking on small dots. There is no list.
Player list. : if you do not add your RATINGS then you get rating of 2.0. That’s silly as that’s incorrect.
I really don’t understand how this app supposed to work.

We appreciate the feedback — and we’re sorry the experience felt confusing. We’re improving features every week, and we appreciate you being an early adopter in NY. A few tips that may help: • Our #Groups are growing nationwide. #BallersNYC may be near you, or you can start your own and invite players from the app or your Contacts. • The “Public Matches Near You” carousel shows open invites across the U.S. You may not see many open matches nearby yet—especially in winter. You can always create your own match and invite players directly. • Courts: Tap the 𖦏 icon on the bottom right corner of the map to jump to your location and explore 727+ venues in New York (314+ in NYC). • Venue List: When creating a match invite, you’ll see a list of nearby courts ordered by distance. • Ratings: Players default to 2.0 until they add a rating or DUPR ID. Skill filters can help you find players in Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced + Pro ranges. Feedback like yours helps us improve navigation and discovery. If you’d like to share more, feel free to email us at team@dinksmart.co
