Thanks for taking the time to share this — privacy matters to us too, so we'd like to clear a few things up. First and most important: we never sell your data to brokers, period. "Marketing" in our privacy policy means letting you know about pickleball play near you — leagues and tournaments — not sharing your information with third parties. That's also why we ask for a couple of details. Your location helps us surface games and events close to you, and age helps match you with the right play, since many leagues and tournaments are organized by gender and age group as well as skill level. And you're in control: you can opt out of marketing during sign-up, or anytime after in Settings.
