Pickle Lodge Cincy Ohio
This app is the worst. Do not let your league or facility use it. The rankings or algorithm does not make sense and we all hate it.

Response from developer
Hi, and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we're sorry to hear about your frustration with the app and the rankings. The ranking format was built out per Pickle Lodge's specifications, and we've been going back and forth with them throughout the process, which is why at times the rankings may not have made sense. That said, we're working hard alongside the Pickle Lodge team to keep improving it and make sure the experience is great for everyone. We'd really appreciate the chance to make this right. Please send any feedback to help@ggsports.co, we read every message and would love to hear more about what's not working for you.
Messaging doesn’t work
Be aware, push messages will appear on your lock screen but don’t actually show up in the app.

Couldn’t be happier with this company. From the ease of use to the people who created it. This will take your community to the next level. Good Games is leading the way with its tournament software!!

Fantastic!
Great app and customer service. I work as a Pickleball Director and running tournaments through this has been a breeze. Easy to use as both an admin and player.

Great App for Leagues or tournaments.
This app is incredibly user-friendly, making navigation effortless and intuitive. First-time users can get started quickly without any confusion. What truly sets it apart, though, is its exceptional customer service. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping administrators.
Highly recommend this app for its ease of use and top-tier customer service.
