Issues unlocking
I have tried unlocking this for my Granddaughter to no avail. I have sent an email for help with no response at all. There are no instructions provided for how to sign in or out of this app! I feel totally ripped of. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still everything is locked. Total waste of money!!😡
