I have tried unlocking this for my Granddaughter to no avail. I have sent an email for help with no response at all. There are no instructions provided for how to sign in or out of this app! I feel totally ripped of. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still everything is locked. Total waste of money!!😡

No phone number to call for support

Downloaded the app, most games are locked, bought the lifetime $14.99, was charged on apple pay but nothing unlocked, will be requesting a refund as no number to call for support, just an email address so will move on to other downloads to help keep a sick toddler occupied.
