I got my cards and I know the serial number.
Works mostly, can’t bring up menu
I have this installed on 3 different devices, thank you.
I was able to see the Actions menu once or twice. I saw the Skeleton and Drive menu there .
I can no longer bring up those menu items, no matter how often I tap the menu.
Asking the developer 2 questions:
1. How to see the menu again?
2. Are there any tips to get consistent results? It seems very particular about angle and lighting.

So I had this app a couple years ago on an old device but it says to deauthorize it but I don’t have it anymore so maybe can you make it so the same serial number can work on multiple devices

This is hands down the coolest and most educational dinosaur toy I’ve ever seen! It teaches you the names of the dinosaurs based on how they sound, shows how they move, displays their skeletons, and even gives detailed information about each one. You can interact with them through your phone or iPad camera as they come to life in front of you – it’s like real-life VR without needing goggles!
I bought this game for just $10 at Barnes & Noble back in 2018, and now it’s 2025 and STILL nothing compares to it. I was surprised to see it had bad reviews, but I realized it’s probably because people lost the key card – which is essential. Just a tip: don’t bother with VR glasses, just use your phone or tablet!
Huge thanks to the creators of this game and app – you deserve an award. Honestly, it should be priced at least $100 for how amazing and educational it is.

Can’t re-install app
My old phone died in water and I can’t reinstall the Dinosaur 4D+ app on my new phone as the app says I have to deregister the old phone first.

You actually have to email them to deauthorize old devices
What a terrible design. Kids just want to play this stupid game and it was setup on multiple old phones, you get locked out and you have to email them to deauthorize your old devices. They never return an email or do as you ask. Waste of money and waste of time!

Brilliant app. Kids have spent hours with the dinosaurs. Makes for an interesting car ride on long journeys.
Serial number invalid
Got it for Christmas. The included serial number gives an error that it is already registered to another device. I submitted a support request and am now wondering if the company still exists. No response so far.

“Sorry, the serial Number you’ve entered has been registered in another devices, please deauthorize one of your devices to proceed”.
How is this possible? It was a Christmas gift for my nephew. I opened the box. It was a New one and dosn’t Work. It’s awful!!!!

Cute! App is a bit frustrating though
I love the idea of this and my son has a blast looking at the dinosaurs! However, I find that about half the time when I start the app up it freezes on the loading page, and i have to force shut down the app and restart. Generally by this time my toddler is pretty impatient haha.
Great app, BUT...
This is a great app, but I just wanted to say something can u make it so that I can see the dinosaur even if it gets of card? Because when I try to do that it just blinks out of existence. Also please add some more Dino’s other than that it great thanks:)

WHAT THE HECK!?!?
I really do not like this app. In the instructions they say the VR and AR mode are in the bottom left corner... IT IS NOT!!!!!! I got so fed up that I packed it all up and started to read the reviews. There was one that had the same problem as me. There was a developer response and it said the the VR and AR mode can only be used on devices “6 inches or under”. My phone is the iPhone XR. It’s 6.1 inches. IS THAT NOT CLOSE ENOUGH TO 6 INCHES?! DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!!!

Not very clear
This seems to be a very good idea but I’m not getting all the features on the app, I’m not getting drive mode only action and facts. The instruction are a bit basic as I’m trying to set up vr mode using the utopia headset but the Manuel says select vr mode I’m not getting any of these settings, any help from the developer would be amazing.
