We’re truly sorry that your son’s experience with our game caused him (and you) so much distress. We understand how upsetting it can be when a child is frightened by something that should be light-hearted and fun. To reassure you both, in that scene, the plane never hurts the pterodactyls. Two pterodactyls briefly latch onto the nose of the aircraft, hover for a few seconds, then flap away unharmed. There is no collision damage, injury, or defeat animation—the dinosaurs simply move on as part of the playful atmosphere. We’ll record your feedback and review the scene’s timing and visuals to make sure this is clearer to young players. Thank you for sharing your story; it helps us improve.
