Hello! We’re sorry that you’ve experienced these difficulties. Please make sure that the “Share My Purchases” option is enabled in your Apple ID Family Sharing settings. Then log in on the other device with a family member account and tap the “Restore Purchases” button in the app. If the purchases aren’t restored, please contact us at support@amayasoft.com and attach your Apple purchase receipt. Hello! Thank you for your 5-star feedback, we really appreciate it. In the game, one dinosaur (the green one) is available for free. If your dinosaur falls asleep after playing, there is no need to worry. Simply tap on the sleeping dinosaur again in the selection menu and you will be able to continue playing with it. The other dinosaurs that have a lock can be unlocked through a purchase. You can tap on any locked dinosaur to see the available options. You can either unlock specific dinosaurs or get full access to all dinosaurs and additional content with the Amaya Plus subscription. This subscription unlocks all dinosaurs in the app and also provides access to more than 20 of our games. At the moment, there is a special offer for the yearly plan, as well as a 3-day free trial, which you can cancel at any time during the trial period. Why change the app? Won’t “renew” purchases
Paid subscription but update locks you out
Just because they update the app with new features, there’s no possible way to restore purchase and it asks for customers to pay again.
Bit of a rip off if I’m honest as there’s little loyalty in servicing existing customers who got in early and paid for the app.
