Purchase does not work

Hi, I purchased for my son a monthly subscription to Dinosaur Math but it does not look like anything has been “unlocked” in the app after purchase. I tried the “restore purchase” link but it just spins forever on the store page and does not end. Very disappointed with the purchase issue.
