Great Product for pool professionals.
I’ve been using Dip to replace my skimmer. It’s working perfectly. Hands down best app for a regular single pole operator. Would recommend this. Mike is very responsive and always keeps me informed about new developments.

Nice addition
Great addition to the pool community. Also Mike has been very responsive to any questions I’ve had and I even talked to him over the phone. I’m a solo company with 30 pools. Originally I was texting people updates then kinda got fed up with my system and wanted something for accountability but not necessarily through skimmer. Dip owner is great people and I highly recommend you giving them a shot.

Hands down the best pool route app very simple and fast to use on the fly. Mr Dip always responds promptly to any questions you have and also listens to any suggestions. Best bang for your buck with this app I love it!
You’d be a real Dips*** to not use this app!
My wife and I started our own family pool company and were struggling with various other apps to help assist with our routes, customer’s info, invoices, record keeping, and so on having to use 3-4 different apps until we accidentally ran across the Dip app and sure as the day is long it’s the best investment we’ve made into our business. The owner Mike is awesome. He’s taken the time to walk use through the app via video meetings, answers when we call, and even calls just to check in with use and talk shop. We’ve got everything in one place and only need to remember 1 password now and not the half dozen from before. You’d really be stupid not to at least check it out. Thanks to Mike and Dip for helping us grow and allowing us to have our dream without all the bull that usually comes along with it.

Where has this app been my whole pool owning life!? DIP connected me to an outstanding pool cleaning company, they notify me via the app to confirm arrival time and invoice me. The dip app is my one stop shop for all things related to our pool. If you have a pool or hot tub this app is a must have, super easy to use and convenient.

After stumbling upon Dip, the owner reached out to me personally and answered all my questions - amazing customer service! I’ve been working directly with the owner and his team since the beginning of this year, and I do not regret a single moment of it. This app is user friendly, easy for our customers, and offers a ton of features for both company owners and customers. Beats all the other pool apps by a long shot!
I can’t say enough good things about this app and all the hard work they put into constantly improving and adding extremely helpful features. They truly care and listen to your feedback for both pool owners and pool business owners. Very simplistic, easy to use and navigate wether that be for a report to a customer or a business owner like myself to run their business through. I have been using this app for about 5 months now and at the end of the day I am never disappointed. I’m glad I switched my business to this app, it has saved me TONS of time and money compared to most other expensive ones. My customers really love the reports and features they see. I would absolutely recommend pool owners and business owners to use it or at least reach out to them for a demo, you’ll see right away all the benefits and helpful time savers this app has to offer compared to most!

Great app and amazing customer support. It has helped make the day to day process much smoother. The billing side being incorporated makes invoicing and monthly billing much easier.

literally won’t let me go back and change settings. Pain in the butt to try and get working and there is nothing online to explain the use.

This app is for sure a 5/5 it help me easily pay my pool cleaner, let me know when to get out of the pool and when i could use it again after it was cleaned. If you don’t have a pool cleaner the app also offered me a option for them to set me up with one! The creator made a video to help people understand it better. When you first get the app your pool cleaner should already have a code you just punch on that code and all your information and you ready to go! This app is awesome and would really recommend!
