App does not work. I’ve yet to have it work through having a heater to work on. Please fix.
The worst
This app is the worst thing you could do to your business. It’s extremely amateur and it seems to be like they don’t really care. Nothing works properly. There is no map. Functionally is very limited. Schedules disappear work orders disappear. I called them so many times I opened so many cases but it only gets worse.

Unreliable
So many times have work orders disappeared while I’ve started them. No map functionality or route optimization built in. Updates and Syncs wholly at the mercy of the ancient backend infrastructure. I hope an entire restructure of the App comes soon.
Terrible app
So many bugs. Unreliable. Does not work properly and gets me in trouble because it fails to record what I submitted
