Pre-booked taxi isn't actually pre-booked during school run
I pre-booked a taxi a week in advance using the app so I could be dropped off at work while I was unable to drive in. On the day of my booking the taxi did not arrive at the specified time and upon calling I was told that app bookings did not take priority during the school run. I appreciate the person I spoke with letting me know to call instead and I understand that it is a busy period however I would have appreciated a warning within the app. As now I am going to be late for work.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a positive experience with this company and it’s drivers. I’ve experienced racism, unsafe driving and unsanitary vehicle conditions and their drivers must not be vetted on any level. Please use a different service if you’re female, any race other than white or simply prefer a good service. Handsome cabs appears to be regulated like Uber and I have never had a bad experience. Clean cars, professional drivers and a far easier process. They’re often a little more expensive but the extra £3 allows you to keep your life and pride intact.

don’t see the point in taxis places being about if you can’t get a lift WHEN YOU NEED, im sick off working around them, it’s not how it works
Database issues
Says mobile number is registered to an account. Go to forgetten email and enter mobile number for it to say it's not linked to an email. Go to register account and can't use number...repeat.

Why have an app when you can’t book taxis late at night
Awful App
Any time you chance one aspect of your journey, it resets the others to their default setting. Don’t even bother wasting your time trying to book a taxi for later if you’re somewhere else in the country as the pick up address will keep changing to wherever you are, regardless of how often you change it back

Cannot seem to book anything with this version.
After upgrading to this version there are no taxis available either for ASAP or 2 days in the future.

Zero cars
Having had the app for one day this appears to be a taxi service with zero cars. I thought it was maybe the time’s I was trying to book so out of curiosity I randomly checked between 1700 and 2300. No cars.
App and service is awful
Downloaded the app yesterday to get a taxi. Doesn’t work properly. Times and dates don’t align properly. Then called them up to sort it out and was greeted by an incredibly rude woman who was arguing with me and talking to me like a child when it was clearly a fault with the app that I took screenshots of for proof. Don’t download and don’t call. Go with a different service. Absolutely awful. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had bad service on the phone either.

Never works properly, absolutely dreadful to use. Whoever “updated” or changed this wants sacking. Can’t pre book anything anymore utterly pointless. Wish I could give it no stars
It just does not work..
I have tried several time to register but it keeps sending error messages after receiving the pin codes...so it is just not possible to register...at least this is my experience...😔

3. A Disclaimer about special events (COVID Local Government Restrictions)
4. Make required information fields mandatory. I.e Pickup Location, Destination, Number of people. Dont let people proceed til these fields are filled.

Doesn’t take card
What’s the point if it doesn’t take card? It’s 2019, almost 2020.
Handsome Cabs have the same whitelabel app and dispatch system and accept card, no excuse.

Pointless
The last 10 times I’ve tried to use the app I get a message that bookings can not be accepted. No point whatsoever is having an app.
Needs add ons
Good app if you know the postcode or address. If not the pin point doesn’t work very well.
An Apple Pay, Card option should be added soon. I tend to call for a cab more than using the app because of the lack of payment options.

Life changing app
Amazing app. Track drivers. Shows arrival time. Shows driver name and car reg for safety. Highly recommended, if your in Lincoln obviously.
Can never book
They are never accepting bookings on the app. It would be fine but I’m booking it in advance and it’s not a busy time rn so idk what’s going on but it needs sorting because I’ve never been able to book a taxi on this app
Prices are not corrects
Prices quoted are not the same as the prices charged. On Monday I got in a taxi with 4 other people and was quoted 6.90 on the app then got in the taxi to be told that it was 7 50 and had always been
