I use this every day!
It has been wonderful being able to keep documented asynchronous communication with my patients. No more lost phone calls. No questions if a patient’s questions have been answered. If a patient messages me with a routine concern at night, I tell them we will address the next business day. If it’s a more urgent concern I can do a video visit with them through the app.

I use this app daily with my patients. I am able to rope in my whole team. No more “but I left a message on somebody’s voicemail!” from disgruntled patients. We all get the same messages and can clearly define who I expect to follow up on it. I have sent non controlled medications really quickly while on the road after reviewing pictures a patient sent me of an early cellulitis.

Annoying Ads
I signed up for telemedicine session. They put be on their spam list afterwards. They regularly send me spam ads via sms text and email. I had to block them to avoid their annoying ads.

After downloading the app ..doesn’t give you the option to set up acct ..only login info option available. Can’t set on via website ..can’t setup via app ..not 100% how worth the time it is ..when it’s this hard to even register acct! 🤦♂️
Grateful for this app
I have been using this app for a year now. It keeps getting better. The CEO and team are committed to making this app the best telemedicine app out there. I transitioned my 13 year office based practice to just telemedicine a few months ago and won’t go back to a primary office based practice. The technology available makes doing regular medicine more streamlined and greater efficiency is possible here compared to office based practice. Insurers are covering things during COViD19 so this is a great time to try it out. I plan on keeping this company for the long haul.

This app is very easy to use and has worked out great for my practice over the last six months. They are a very good team with great support and always looking to improve their product. I highly recommend this app for any mode of practice.

I have very bad experience with this application. There is no proper customer support. Application itself cumbersome. There is not enough supporting evidence it complies with HIPPA. It is not clear how is billing, medical recording done. They don't provide enough documentation or information about that. I cancelled immediately since they did not return my calls as they promised timely manner. They charged me initiation fee and first month for the services that I dod not use. I would definitely stay away from suspicious services like this.

Best app for veterinary virtual care
I use this app everyday to connect with my clients and patients. My clients love the convenience and access that they have to their me through the app.
Medici is great because it os focused on communicating via asynchronous text messaging and does not require me to schedule a time for a video consult. Clients can easily attach a video of their pet and/or send pictures, but we don’t have to coordinated calendars.
Another feature that I use on a daily basis is the on off button. I can allow my clients contact me after hours and on the weekends without fear of ruining my work life balance because I have the freedom to turn Medici off.

Ease and convenience in one
This app is absolutely amazing. My patient is within arms reach on a familiar platform that even my grandmother could use. Love that they can get in when they need to, on their schedule. Definitely improving my patients’ lives!

Through the app you're able to have all your patients in one spot, bill them when you help them, & even refill their prescriptions.
In my opinion this is a great tool for geriatricians.
Arranging getting driven to the clinic & the physical act of getting into a car can be very difficult (even dangerous) for an 89 year old. With this, the patient & geriatrician can stay at home & still get/give medical attention because the app has video and voice call capabilities..
& there's also the ability to export a transcript of the consultation for your records.
It really is great tool & I can't wait to see what more they add to it.

Amazing app
This app is a breeze to use. I love that it is HIPAA compliant, intuitive, and that I can chat with my real doctor, not someone working at a call center. I'm excited for the new features that are on there way too!
