Easy to lock out fraudsters

Love this app. Setting up alerts is a breeze. I am notified of transactions done with my cards and if it was fraudulent I can immediately shut my card down to stop the fraudster. In a time where fraud is at an all time high this app is a game changer. I can easily manage my debit and credit card from my phone.

App doesn’t work

Apparently this issue has been ongoing since March and still no resolution.

App not working

I cannot access the app because it keeps telling me shut off my WiFi proxy and it is already off. I even turned my WiFi of and same message. I tried deleting app and reloading it still got same message. Is there something wrong with the app? If so please fix it ASAP!!!!

Not letting me use it.

I’m not sure what’s going on but every time I go into the app it keeps saying security alert using proxy with WiFi not allowed and tells me to go to WiFi settings to turn it off but the thing is it is turned off. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing. I tried using the mobile connection and still the same. Not sure what’s going on but needs to be fixed asap !
