I have about 20 buyers I’m working with through this app. They have opted to forgo builder credits to stay with this lender. This app is a big part of the professionalism they opt to stay with. A little buggy on my list not showing all of my files. But I’m sure with the next update they will fix it. Love that I get notifications every time my buyers upload docs. Very helpful!!

Useful but clunky
App works sometimes, however seems complicated to use. Has problems being consistent in sending prequals, getting borrower files mixed up, etc
