Use an alternate daycare just because of this app!
We have actually moved daycare’s during the summer because of this app. They removed any way for separate households to make the payments. The design is horrible and very confusing. I cannot customize the schedule like we used to. My children do not always go on the same date and I need to be able to adjust the schedule from the app or the company website.
Whomever designed this site needs to be fired!

I am not able to log in to the app, only the website. They removed the calendar option to set up your schedule for future weeks in advance. Not user friendly at all.

My entire job is user testing. It was clear that there was no testing involved. I am about to unenrolll my child from this mess!!!!!!
