Corporate greed
Like any parent that’s had to deal with this company. There is an undeniable ( I don’t give a F) about the customer. The changes did nothing to benefit anyone but the corporation. They are on the stock market (KLC) kinder care learning. Profits is the name of the game and inconveniencing all of us without a care is standard business. I’ve needed to call customer nobody cares multiple times. The wait times are horrendous especially when they made the initial change. They know schools or areas associated with them have no other options for the most part. Capitalism at its core

Awful system
The new system is absolutely awful and not user friendly. Used the old system for 4.5 years and never had any issues. Have had to call customer support multiple times recently for billing errors. The last call took over 1.5 hours and all my issues are still not resolved.
Worst app imaginable
Champions, as an organization, is mid but this app is truly awful. It’s like you ran a contest to see who could build the most obtuse, unusable piece of software and then released the winner. It can’t even do the one thing you would expect a daycare app to do - view and change your child’s schedule. I hope Apple removes it from the App Store so Champions has to try again.

Horrible
The new rollout is messy and chaotic. I feel like I’m being extorted by the company. I used to be able to skip the weeks I didn’t need care, but now have to pay for at least one day a week or completely un enroll my child and then pay an enrollment fee each time to re-enroll. I’ve emailed and gotten no response. Call times are absurd and the AI chatbot just sends you the same instruction page over and over. Disgraceful

Use an alternate daycare just because of this app!
We have actually moved daycare’s during the summer because of this app. They removed any way for separate households to make the payments. The design is horrible and very confusing. I cannot customize the schedule like we used to. My children do not always go on the same date and I need to be able to adjust the schedule from the app or the company website.
Whomever designed this site needs to be fired!
