Use an alternate daycare just because of this app!
We have actually moved daycare’s during the summer because of this app. They removed any way for separate households to make the payments. The design is horrible and very confusing. I cannot customize the schedule like we used to. My children do not always go on the same date and I need to be able to adjust the schedule from the app or the company website.
Whomever designed this site needs to be fired!

I am not able to log in to the app, only the website. They removed the calendar option to set up your schedule for future weeks in advance. Not user friendly at all.

My entire job is user testing. It was clear that there was no testing involved. I am about to unenrolll my child from this mess!!!!!!

The absolute worst app off all time. Pairs great with their new system (2026) that is absolute trash as well. Awful company run my imbeciles. I wish I could rate it lower.

This has been the absolute worst app/website “update” rollout! I thought it impossible to be worse or more complicated than the previous system but it is absolutely terrible. We want a monthly calendar to select individual dates, not this calendar week nonsense. Enrollment doesn’t work. Absolute disaster.

This app along with the online platform are horrible. I made all the changes that needed to be made, they disappeared when the transition was made to the current app and online platforms! None are user friendly! Horrible, horrible, horrible!

Would give zero stars if I could. Can’t schedule. Payment situation is terrible. Pleas go back to the original.
Nothing Useful
Only app I’ve seen where you can’t edit your account. No management of account option. So you can’t add relationships or anything within the app. The website currently isn’t allowing those to be saved either. The app is lacking basic functionality.

Update- they are now going to use the app to force late fees on you if you fail to use it sign out for the day. Per their policy update, “If you forget to sign your child out, you will be charged $15 per 15 minutes after 6:00 PM.”
This on top of the forced auto pay and no longer offering a fully flexible schedule. If you want to a week with zero days scheduled, you will have to call support and wait on hold for approximately an hour and thirty minutes to make that change.
They switched to a new app and website and didn’t transfer over any of the payment transaction data so you can’t access the necessary tax info. If you call them for help you’ll wait over an hour. Despite this they emailed out instructions with how to access the documents on the website knowing full well that that information is not in the system. Also the app itself is terribly designed. It’s been a headache for weeks. What a joke. We’re about ready to cancel with the program at this point.

So hard a fail, it renders the entire enterprise a failure
Discover Champions needs to sue its IT contracted to design and implement the relaunch. This app/website has made it so that we cannot continue to enroll in this program. Every aspect of this site is buggy: auto-pay, enrollment, scheduling, sign-in. Discover Champions needs to go analog—pay by check/cc in-person—and fix this issue immediately.

Failed transition
This app is completely dysfunctional. They ruined a system that was working and replaced it with an app that was not ready and ended up impacting countless families billing cycles (we were over charged by hundreds of $$$ and it took weeks to get refunds).

Less Than One Star
I wish there was a way to rate this app with zero stars. The fact that the private equity firm who owns Kindercare couldn’t pay for a better app and website is astounding. The fact that they forced it to be launched in the middle of the school year is mind boggling. This app has no functionality, bills are stuck on autopay, it’s hard to choose your schedule for next week, the list goes on and on.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
This whole app launch has been horrible, auto pay is a joke considering they have yet to bill correctly, trying to get a hold of a person is impossible with ridiculously high wait times, they don’t respond to email inquiries. Trying to adjust the schedule isn’t user friendly over all this whole transition was not thought through or executed properly. I feel bad for the teachers and directors that have to deal with this as parents are more then frustrated at this point
