We sincerely apologize for your experience. I would like to clarify that the activities are a Beta feature that is available for no extra charge to any user who has completed the entire evaluation, so when your child completes the evaluation it will automatically unlock. In fact, by becoming a Plus user you unlock all available GiantLeap features for life, without any hidden costs; that includes a full evaluation for all your children on a single account. We sincerely apologize for this misunderstanding. At the moment GiantLeap has a very limited free tier - while it is possible to play the evaluation games with your child, you won't have access to the evaluation results without becoming a GiantLeap Plus user. With that said, GiantLeap Plus is currently on sale for $50, for which you receive a full evaluation per each child on your account. We'd be happy to compensate you and hopefully earn a positive review from you in the future, please contact us at support@giantleap.tech

Amazing!
The games are really fun for kids to play and could really help me as a parent to understand what are their strengths and weaknesses. The evaluation process it really easy to understand thanks to the beautiful spider web diagram!
I will definitely recommend this to my friends and to anyone who is interested to get a glimpse of his or her child's abilities! I belive that this approach is going to be transformative to how evaluation tests are being done!

Cannot return to parents page

Hi Adina. Unfortunately, the results can only be viewed by signing-in to the parent web interface where they are updated (we do not redirect to this page from the evaluation games to ensure only parents are able to view them without the risk of exposing this part of the app to kids while they're playing). We were happy to receive feedback from you via email where we addressed your questions in detail - if you get a chance to view it please let us know if it was informative and helpful for you.
