Update broke everything

The latest update deleted my Apple Watch from the devices and you cannot add it back or Apple health. I’m now totally screwed. Followed the instructions to reload the app but to no avail.

Needs improvement

Not intuitive, slow, needs improvement

App is not syncing data

This app is just working properly. Discovery instead of having multiple apps that are not functioning properly, please just fix one and have it sync the data. You recently added sleep data but that is not syncing as well. And before you tell me that I need to link my devices, sleep and active data was syncing and then stopped. It's ridiculous honestly. Really disappointed. This used to work. Stop adding stuff and breaking what used to work…

Up to 5 minutes to load latest version

I have got used to Discovery Apps (Bank, Health, Insure etc) working flawlessly, but the latest version of this App just doesn’t load quickly and often not at all. I am running iOS 26.5 on an iPhone 15 Pro Max with a 200Mbs WiFi connection and this is simply ridiculous!

Zero customer support

Anytime I try to resolve something they come up with excuses. I pay a premium for a service that is well below par for a company of their size. Do better and invest some money in some logical thinking. Idiots.

WORST APP EVER!!!

Terrible consumer experience! Unusable, glitches constantly, fails to upload data, prompts do not work! How can such a massive company, with billions not make an app??? DO BETTER!!!

This app feels like it’s 20+ years old. What’s the point of redirecting to the browser if there’s an app???

App needs an update

The App works well and the integration with other apps in the Discovery stable has been greatly improved. Discovery is such an awesome and responsive company with great products and their digital innovation is cutting edge.

Vitality Mall crashes

The Discovery app crashes as soon as I select Vitality Mall. Been happening for a few months and last nights update to IOS 18.7.3 made no difference.

Latest update an issue

Newest update a problem, app keeps closing. None of my exercises have pulled through

Latest update still crashing 5 Dec 2025. And yes, I do have the latest IOS version.

Crashes after auth

Do Discovery not test their own app? Latest version released a week ago, and after authentication with username / password it crashes. Restart -> asks to enable Face ID -> crashes. iPhone 17 Pro with the latest version of iOS. Embarrassingly bad engineering.

Upgraded my iPhone and the app doesn’t open any more. Crashes repeatedly

App collapses

I updated to the latest iPhone 17 - and updated the App - now the App permanently collapses or closes down … unusable

Poor

This seems to be the poor cousin of the Discovery apps. It’s badly written and poorly maintained.

The Discovery Banking app allows you to log in directly in the app, while this one redirects to a website.

There are several dead links, such as point events in Vitality.

Often fails to update workouts for Vitality points.

Can’t login

It’s been 3 months of terrible login experience. Given what I pay for all my insurance , I can’t believe this is still an issue. I would actually leave Discovery.
