It’s disappointing that this is the experience Disney provides for its Cast Members. If guests had to deal with an app this slow and unreliable, it would likely be addressed much faster. It often takes far too long just to load my schedule, and there are times when I can’t access it for hours. On top of that, having to sign in multiple times just to view my paycheck or schedule is frustrating and unnecessary. Using the same credentials over and over for basic tasks makes the app feel outdated and inefficient. Disney should invest in creating a smoother, more reliable experience for the employees who keep the parks running.

Glitchy
It’s super glitchy. It logs you out constantly lots of features aren’t available and the reappear it’s been 3 days of not being able to see the available time off or paystub or any of my favorite tabs. Honestly very dissapointing that this is what’s being offered to us
The worst app for CMs
The app was already temperamental, from long loading times to access your schedule, to “forgetting” your saved passwords to not being able to save new passwords then reverting back to old passwords that you haven’t used in years. And now it seems to have “updated” to a completely new format and no longer allows to put in shift trades or to give a shift away.

Can’t log in ever
I’ve been trying for almost 2 weeks and still get an infinite loading screen. I’ve never been able to access it no matter what device or browser or app. IT has had almost a week knowing it’s not working for me, and they’re no help either. Hard to give anything but the worst (and first) rating I’ve ever given when it’s this comically garbage

Worse than Guest Apps
Disney can’t make a working app that’s easy to navigate for its own cast members but they can do it for their guests with no issues. Ridiculous

The app has been lagging too frequently. It was good up until a few months ago.

Loading takes forever, glitchy, and completely rubbish app. It’s not productive.
App is always crashing
They need to redo this app, a lot of things never load, always get signed out, unable to connect to the servers. The app also crashes a lot, as of right now I can’t even see my work schedule
doesn’t load after update
i have no access to my cast life anymore after the update a week ago. i can’t check anything, it doesn’t load into anything it’s completely a blank screen. i have to use safari to have access to cast life and even then i constantly have to sign in or my phone/number isn’t verified for paystubs or sick time pay.

Latest update is an issue
This app in handy for looking up things on the go when I don’t have access to the company site itself, however, that being said with this latest update, I have to open the app then close the app, then reopen the app to get anything to load. I thought it was just myself but when asking around it seems to be a common occurrence with multiple people so if we can get this fixed so that I’m not having to constantly open and close the app just so I can review my schedule that seems to change regularly due to staffing that would be helpful

Dysfunctional
Between long loading times and parts of the app just not functioning, what should be an amazing tool for cast members is barely more than digital space being taken up on my phone. When the app is working it’s great but sadly that is rare these days

One of my most needed apps but doesn’t work 99% of the time unfortunately. Please give us a working app. We are begging please.
Required resources for CM’s
To require this as the only way to access your schedule, work resources, and so on while away from a computer is just outrageous. It’s never kept up with and now for the past week it straight up has not loaded any of said resources. The previous application before swapping to this wasn’t nearly as bad. Such a shame for a billion dollar company to treat their employees as such

Loading….
It takes forever and a day for everything to load I can’t see my schedule or anything for a good 10 minutes because of loading even though I’m connected to wifi or using data

This is literally the worst app. Its always glitching and it barley works!
App unreliable
The last 3 days it will not load my schedule or any of the tools. I can only see them if I leave the app and go to the .com

Ever time I try to click trade or giveaway in the app it opens a link in safari?!?
